8月15日上午，英中经贸交流促进会深圳代表处揭牌仪式在深圳罗湖水贝举行。
On the morning of August 15, the Shenzhen Representative Office of the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association was officially inaugurated in Shuibei, Luohu, Shenzhen.

深圳市委统战部副部长、深圳市侨联马勇智主席首先发表讲话，恭贺深圳赛菲尔珠宝首饰有限公司成为英中经贸交流促进会驻深圳代表处，王卓总经理成为英中经促会驻深首席代表。他希望英中经贸交流促进会深圳代表处在首席代表王卓，代表卓振文、周鹏飞等人的带领下，加强中国深圳与英国华商间的信息、经验交流，促进资源共享与合作，实现多方共赢。
The ceremony began with a speech from Mr. Ma Yongzhi, Deputy Minister of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee United Front Work Department and Chairman of the Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Federation. He congratulated the Shenzhen Saifeier Jewelry Co., Ltd. for becoming the representative office of the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association in Shenzhen, with General Manager Wang Zhuo appointed as the Chief Representative. Mr. Ma expressed his hope that under the leadership of Chief Representative Wang Zhuo, and representatives Zhuo Zhenwen and Zhou Pengfei, the Shenzhen office would enhance the exchange of information and experiences between Shenzhen and British Chinese business communities, promote resource sharing and cooperation, and achieve mutual benefits.

据介绍，英中经济贸易交流促进会从创会开始，就致力于在中英两国之间建立起一条贸易发展的桥梁，加速中英两国做到优势互补，从而带动两国的经济发展以及文化、教育方面的交流，促进互利共赢。
The UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association has been committed to establishing a bridge for trade development between China and the UK since its inception, accelerating complementary advantages and thereby driving economic growth and cultural and educational exchanges between the two countries.

When asked why Shenzhen, Shuibei, and Saifeier were chosen for the representative office, Chairman Chen Zhiming of the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association explained: "Choosing Shenzhen, Shuibei, and Saifeier reflects Shenzhen's status as a leading city in China's economic development, with a growth rate surpassing many developed countries; Shuibei, known as the 'Jewelry Town' of China, is a hub for the jewelry industry across the nation and Southeast Asia, serving as a barometer for the industry; and Saifeier, as the top brand in pure gold jewelry, a flagship in China's jewelry market, and a leader in the gold industry, sets an exemplary development model for many enterprises. At 11:00 AM, Chairman Mr. Chen Zhiming and Ms. Wang Zhuo, General Manager of Shenzhen Saifeier Jewelry Co., Ltd., together unveiled the plaque for the "UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association Shenzhen Representative Office." Ms. Wang Zhuo, as the Chief Representative, made a commitment: "We will do our utmost to facilitate economic and trade exchanges between China and the UK, and help promote Shenzhen's economy and its jewelry to the world."
