中国水产企业汉和食品(简称AFG)在伦敦证卷交易所上市

2015年2月3日11时中国水产企业汉和食品(Aquatic Foods Group Plc,简称AFG)在伦敦证卷交易所创业板挂牌上市。英中经贸交流促进会会长陈志明、副会长于鹏受邀参加挂牌仪式。AFG总裁李先志先生表示公司选择在英国上市基于2点考虑，一是考虑到英国金融市场体系成熟、完善、稳定，二是在英国上市对于公司在欧洲发展业务也会有很大的帮助。上市意味着公司上了一个新台阶，企业发展将与资本市场结合在一起。据悉，AFG总部及工厂设于山东烟台，是中国领先的水产品处理及供应企业，主要产品为加工冷冻海鲜，海藻类食物和海洋休闲食品。产品畅销日本、韩国、欧洲、美国等国家和地区，提供可持续来源的深海和国际采购的海鲜产品，为更多有健康意识的消费群体服务，产品拥有多项世界级的认证。集团目前拥有约16,000吨海产品加工能力。李先志先生透露，未来公司准备在英国与当地食品公司Jbrother成立一家食品销售公司，以销售有中国特色的水产品为主，并将结合英国及欧洲当地消费市场的需求，销售包括烟熏三文鱼、烟熏青鱼、春卷、烤鸭等食品。
At 11:00 on February 3, 2015, Chinese seafood company Hanhe Foods (Aquatic Foods Group Plc, abbreviated as AFG) was officially listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Chairman Chen Zhiming and Vice Chairman Yu Peng of the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association were invited to attend the listing ceremony. AFG President Mr. Li Xianzhi stated that the decision to list in the UK was based on two considerations: the maturity, completeness, and stability of the UK's financial market system, and the significant assistance that listing in the UK would provide for the company's business development in Europe. The listing represents a new milestone for the company, integrating its development with the capital market.
AFG, headquartered and with its factory located in Yantai, Shandong, is a leading Chinese enterprise in seafood processing and supply. Its main products include processed frozen seafood, seaweed-based foods, and marine snack foods. These products are popular in Japan, South Korea, Europe, the United States, and other regions, offering sustainably sourced deep-sea and internationally procured seafood products to health-conscious consumers. The company's products hold multiple world-class certifications, and AFG currently has an annual seafood processing capacity of approximately 16,000 tons.
Mr. Li Xianzhi revealed future plans to establish a food sales company in the UK in partnership with local food company Jbrother, focusing on selling Chinese-style seafood products. The company will also cater to the demands of the UK and European markets by offering products such as smoked salmon, smoked mackerel, spring rolls, and roast duck.
据路透社报道，之前已有54家中国企业在伦敦证券交易所AIM市场上市，另有7家在主要市场上市。
According to Reuters, prior to AFG's listing, 54 Chinese companies had already been listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, with an additional 7 companies listed on the main market.
