英中经贸交流促进会杭州回国商务考察
3月29日，英中经贸交流促进会会长陈志明一行抵达杭州市并参观了浙江绿康企业集团。卓永岳董事长亲自接见了陈会长一行。杭州绿康老年康复医院是经杭州市江干区卫生局批准的、是为老年残障患者提供医疗、康复、护理服务于一体的“公建民营、民办公助”、“医养结合、康复养老助残”的浙江省首家老年康复护理医疗机构。2008年10月31日，中共中央政治局常委、国家副主席习近平亲临杭州绿康医院视察时指出：“绿康”这种康复养老模式，是今后机构养老的一个发展方向，“老有所养、老有所医”在这里都能得到体现。卓永岳董事长也有计划近期访问英国，考察英国相关养老机构与服务。
On March 29, Chairman Chen Zhiming and his delegation from the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association arrived in Hangzhou and visited the Zhejiang LvKang Enterprise Group. Chairman Zhuo Yongyue personally received Chairman Chen's delegation. Hangzhou LvKang Elderly Rehabilitation Hospital is approved by the Health Bureau of Jianggan District in Hangzhou and is the first elderly rehabilitation and nursing medical institution in Zhejiang Province that provides integrated medical, rehabilitation, and nursing services for the elderly and disabled under a "public construction with private operation" and "medical care combined with rehabilitation" model. On October 31, 2008, Xi Jinping, then member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice President of China, visited Hangzhou LvKang Hospital and noted that the LvKang model of rehabilitation and elderly care represents a future development direction for institutional elderly care, where the needs for elderly care and medical support are fully met. Chairman Zhuo Yongyue also plans to visit the UK soon to explore related elderly care institutions and services.
随后，陈会长一行又分别拜访了杭州市温州商会的陈光秒秘书长和杭州市乐清商会甄静副秘书长。双方就跨境电商项目展开了详细的讨论。在习近平主席提出的“一带一路”经济战略之后，浙江成为中国首个跨境电商的试点，希望双方借此机会大力发展跨境电商。
Subsequently, Chairman Chen and his delegation visited Secretary-General Chen Guangmiao of the Hangzhou Wenzhou Commerce Chamber and Vice Secretary-General Zhen Jing of the Hangzhou Yueqing Commerce Chamber. Detailed discussions were held on cross-border e-commerce projects. Following President Xi Jinping's introduction of the "Belt and Road" economic strategy, Zhejiang has become China's first pilot province for cross-border e-commerce, and both parties hope to seize this opportunity to vigorously develop cross-border e-commerce.
3月30日下午，英中经贸交流促进会会长陈志明一行与杭州市工商联党组书记兼副会长邵根松进行了交流会谈。参加座谈的有杭州市总商会副会长罗苑，经联处、会员处负责人，有关商会负责人。座谈中双方进行了积极全面的交流。会议中陈会长介绍了此次考察主要目的，是为了加强中英之间商务交流与合作，推广英国知名院校高科技研发项目，提供房产开发等方面信息，加强新生代企业间的联系沟通，帮助双方企业开拓中英市场。之后，邵根松书记介绍了杭州市基本经济社会情况，他明确表示希望双方能够加强合作和交流，因为目前杭州民营企业正处于转型发展的关键时期，希望英中经贸交流促进会可以为赴英发展企业提供法律和金融方面的帮助，并且希望能借助英中经贸交流促进会这个平台，加强新生代企业家培训交流方面的合作。
On the afternoon of March 30, Chairman Chen Zhiming and his delegation held a meeting with Shao Gensong, Secretary of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Hangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce. The discussion also involved Vice Chairman Luo Yuan of the Hangzhou General Chamber of Commerce, heads of the Economic and Membership Departments, and other commercial chamber leaders. The conversation was active and comprehensive. During the meeting, Chairman Chen introduced the main purpose of the visit, which was to strengthen business exchanges and cooperation between China and the UK, promote high-tech research and development projects from renowned British institutions, provide information on real estate development, and enhance communication between new-generation enterprises, helping both sides to explore the Chinese and British markets. Secretary Shao Gensong introduced the basic economic and social conditions of Hangzhou, expressing a strong desire for enhanced cooperation and communication, as Hangzhou's private enterprises are currently in a critical period of transformation and development. He hoped that the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association could provide legal and financial assistance to companies expanding into the UK and wished to leverage the Association's platform to strengthen cooperation in training and exchanges for new-generation entrepreneurs.
