Harmonious Development, Creating Tomorrow Together! The 9th World Chinese Business Forum grandly opens in Italy.

第九届世界华商论坛7月18日在意大利伦巴第大区的坎皮奥内市（CAMPIONE）隆重举行，意大利参议院代表、坎皮奥内市政府主要负责人、中国企业家代表及来自世界30多个国家的数百名华商代表出席论坛开幕仪式。其中英中经贸交流促进会会长陈志明、秘书长于海燕和成员好莱坞知名制片人Mr Dario Bergisis也出席此次论坛。
The 9th World Chinese Business Forum was grandly held on July 18th in Campione, Lombardy Region, Italy. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from the Italian Senate, key officials of the Campione city government, Chinese entrepreneurs, and hundreds of Chinese business representatives from over 30 countries. Notable attendees included Chen Zhiming, Chairman of the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association, Secretary-General Yu Haiyan, and prominent Hollywood producer Mr. Dario Bergisis.

此次论坛由世界华人企业家协会和意大利华人企业协会共同主办、并获世界各地华侨华商组织积极支持和参与。欧盟议院议员 mario broghezio、意大利参议员Andrea mandelli、坎皮奥内市市长Maria teresa Mangili代表政府首先致欢迎词，世界华人企业家协会执行主席余顺标博士作了论坛工作报告。
The forum was co-hosted by the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Association and the Italian Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, with active support and participation from Chinese business organizations worldwide. Distinguished speakers such as EU Parliament member Mario Broghezio, Italian Senator Andrea Mandelli, and Campione Mayor Maria Teresa Mangili delivered welcome addresses. Dr. Yu Shunbiao, Executive Chairman of the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, presented the forum's working report.

In his opening address, Chairman Chen Zhiming expressed gratitude to the Italian Entrepreneurs Association for organizing the conference in the scenic city of Campione. He introduced the background, services, and future direction of his association and extended a warm invitation to the Chinese entrepreneurs to attend the inaugural Overseas Chinese Trade Fair in Shenzhen from August 12th to 14th.

世界华人企业家协会理事长左安一先生接受凤凰卫视驻意大利记者采访，并指出本届论坛的一个重要内容是筹备成立“世界华商金融联盟”，建立海外华商金融资本运营平台，协助国内企业“抱团出海”，实现海外华商“转型升级”。
Mr. Zuo Anyi, Chairman of the World Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, interviewed by Phoenix TV's Italy correspondent, highlighted that a key agenda of the forum was the preparation for establishing the "World Chinese Business Financial Alliance," a platform for overseas Chinese financial capital operations to aid domestic companies in expanding abroad collectively and facilitating the transformation and upgrading of overseas Chinese businesses.

世界华人企业家协会主席余顺标博士接受采访时说，世界华商金融联盟简称“华盟”，初期投入资金为100亿（人民币），我们有信心在2-3年时间内通过资本运营等将其扩大至1000亿。
Dr. Yu Shunbiao, in an interview, mentioned that the financial alliance, referred to as "Hua Meng," initially invested 10 billion RMB, with plans to expand it to 100 billion RMB through capital operations within 2-3 years.

金融资本运营、海外电商发展成为本届论坛关注的焦点。在华商代表发言中及论坛圆桌会议中，中国企业家代表、世界各地华商代表围绕主题，就跨境电商的机遇、传统产业的变革和金融资本的融合、新形势下企业的转型升级等代表们进行了深入的探讨和交流，并分享了成功企业家经验。
The focus of this year's forum included financial capital operations and the development of overseas e-commerce. During the business representatives' speeches and the roundtable discussions, Chinese entrepreneurs and Chinese business representatives from around the world engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as cross-border e-commerce opportunities, transformation of traditional industries, and integration of financial capital, sharing successful entrepreneurial experiences.

论坛邀请专家李哲戬作了名为“跨境电商新趋势”的主题演讲及举行了投资推荐活动。通过洽谈和交流，论坛还进行了“世界华商金融联盟”、“三亚市自行车公园”、“无痛无创义齿新科技”三个项目的签约仪式。第九届世界华商论坛在意大利米兰隆重召开。
The forum featured a keynote speech on "New Trends in Cross-Border E-Commerce" by expert Li Zhejian and held investment promotion activities. Agreements were signed for the "World Chinese Business Financial Alliance," the "Sanya City Bicycle Park," and a new technology for "Painless Non-Invasive Dentures." The 9th World Chinese Business Forum was successfully convened in Milan, Italy.
