湖北省武汉市侨联徐主席带团访问英国
Chairman Xu of the Wuhan Overseas Chinese Federation in Hubei Province leads a delegation to visit the United Kingdom.
2019年英国当地时间4月27日下午，英中经贸交流促进会迎来了从万里之外的家乡中国湖北省代表团，由武汉市侨联副主席徐祥忠带队，武汉市经开区统战部部长张德华、武汉是江汉区侨联副主席周艺明、武汉市武昌区民族宗教外事侨务办公室主任魏光祥、武汉市侨联主任李广一行5人。英中经贸交流促进会会长陈志明，副会长周兴建、副会长刘欢与湖北代表团齐聚伦敦进行了会谈。武汉市侨联副主席徐祥忠对湖北省的发展及未来规划做了详细的介绍，双方探讨了未来的合作机会和机遇。陈志明会长表示希望进一步达成深入合作，搭乘祖国一带一路建设的快车，实现共赢。
On the afternoon of April 27, 2019, local UK time, the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association welcomed a delegation from Hubei Province, China, led by Xu Xiangzhong, Vice Chairman of the Wuhan Overseas Chinese Federation. The delegation also included Zhang Dehua, Head of the United Front Work Department of Wuhan Economic Development Area, Zhou Yiming, Vice Chairman of the Jianghan District Overseas Chinese Federation in Wuhan, Wei Guangxiang, Director of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Foreign Affairs Overseas Chinese Affairs Office in Wuchang District, Wuhan, and Li Guang, Director of the Wuhan Overseas Chinese Federation, totaling five members. Chairman Chen Zhiming of the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association, along with Vice Chairmen Zhou Xingjian and Liu Huan, met with the Hubean delegation in London. Vice Chairman Xu Xiangzhong provided a detailed presentation on the development and future plans of Hubei Province, and both sides discussed future cooperation opportunities. Chairman Chen Zhiming expressed his hope for further in-depth cooperation, to catch the fast train of the country's Belt and Road Initiative, achieving mutual benefits.
会上英中经贸交流促进会会长陈志明向代表团做了介绍，促进会本着“诚信为本，促进发展，服务社会”的原则，为英中两国之间建立一条经贸发展的桥梁，促使英中两国之间优势互补。陈志明会长从事房地产投资多年，同时也是碧桂园伦敦地产项目的合作方。他表示愿意积极在英国为湖北的企业家们搭建一个湖北与伦敦沟通交流的平台。周兴建副会长的CityRooms公司从事房产租赁服务为主，发展至今已具有100多本地员工的规模，是伦敦房产租赁服务行业中最大的华人企业。刘欢副会长也从事外贸及房产投资多年，具有丰富的房产投资管理经验。他们都提出了愿意进一步和湖北的企业之间沟通了解，开拓商机的想法。
At the meeting, Chairman Chen Zhiming introduced the delegation to the principles of the association which are based on "honesty as the core value, promoting development, and serving society," to build a bridge for economic and trade development between the UK and China, enhancing mutual benefits between the two countries. Chairman Chen, who has been involved in real estate investment for many years and is also a partner in the Country Garden London property project, expressed his willingness to actively build a communication platform between Hubei entrepreneurs and London. Vice Chairman Zhou Xingjian’s company, CityRooms, primarily offers property rental services and has grown to employ over 100 local staff, becoming the largest Chinese enterprise in the London property rental service industry. Vice Chairman Liu Huan, also with many years in foreign trade and property investment, has extensive experience in property investment management. They both expressed their willingness to further communicate and explore business opportunities with enterprises from Hubei.
在会谈结束后，徐祥忠主席授予会长陈志明武汉侨联海外顾问聘书，并称这次的英国之行收获颇丰，为这些积极向上的年轻人在海外做企业付出的努力感到骄傲，为他们不断宣传中国文化，树立良好中国人形象感到欣慰。
After the meeting, Chairman Xu Xiangzhong awarded Chairman Chen Zhiming the title of Overseas Consultant for the Wuhan Overseas Chinese Federation. He stated that the UK trip was very fruitful and expressed pride in the efforts of these positive and upwardly mobile young people doing business overseas, and he was comforted by their continuous promotion of Chinese culture and their efforts to establish a positive image of Chinese people abroad.
