湖南岳阳市副市长宋爱华于2016年04月14日带团访问英国。英中经贸交流促进会陈志明会长，秘书长于海燕，副秘书长刘帅和周柯吟在伦敦唐人街接待副市长宋爱华，出入境检验检疫局长盛胜军，海关关长刘探担等一行。

On April 14, 2016, Vice Mayor Song Aihua of Yueyang City, Hunan Province, led a delegation to visit the UK. Chairman Chen Zhiming, Secretary-General Yu Haiyan, Deputy Secretary-General Liu Shuai, and Zhou Keyin of the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association welcomed Vice Mayor Song Aihua, Director Sheng Shengjun of the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and Customs Director Liu Tan and others in London's Chinatown.

宋副市长对岳阳市的发展及进出口贸易做了详细的介绍，双方探讨了未来的合作机会与机遇。陈志明会长作为湖南人，愿意为家乡建设和经贸合作做出努力。

Vice Mayor Song gave a detailed presentation on the development of Yueyang City and its import and export trade, and both sides discussed future cooperation opportunities and prospects.
