2015 World Crowdfunding Conference: Guiyang Develops "Dual-Creation, Four Publics" Platform
2015世界众筹大会在贵阳召开，来自中国、美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、以色列等国的创客、企业家、投资人等12000多人齐聚贵阳，共同开展众筹创客大赛，研讨众筹和众筹金融创新发展之路。
The 2015 World Crowdfunding Conference was held in Guiyang, attracting over 12,000 attendees including makers, entrepreneurs, and investors from countries such as China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Israel. Participants gathered in Guiyang to engage in a crowdfunding competition and to discuss the pathways for innovation and development in crowdfunding and crowdfunding finance.
大会由贵阳市人民政府、中国互联网金融协会、中国银行业协会、中国保险业协会、中国开发性金融促进会、中国金融教育发展基金会、中国青年创业就业基金会、中国投资协会、中关村管委会等相关单位、行业协会、众筹平台、投资机构联合主办。
The conference was jointly hosted by the Guiyang Municipal People's Government, China Internet Finance Association, China Banking Association, China Insurance Association, China Development Finance Promotion Association, China Financial Education Development Foundation, China Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Foundation, China Investment Association, and Zhongguancun Administrative Committee, among other units, industry associations, crowdfunding platforms, and investment institutions.

The UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association was honored to serve as the overseas working committee, with Chairman Chen Zhiming appointed as the overseas promotion ambassador for the World Crowdfunding Conference. At the invitation of the conference, Chairman Chen led a delegation including Dr. Richard Alexander, a financial law expert from the University of London; Mrs. Claire Ruskin, CEO of Cambridge Network and former director of Cambridge Consultants; Mr. Bud Klair, CEO of Sarb Finance; Dr. Zhang Rongsheng, CEO of Cambridge RuiPu 3D Company; and Mr. Dario Bergisis, a well-known Hollywood producer, among over ten guests to the 2015 World Crowdfunding Conference.

The "Cross-Border: Internet + Technology + Crowdfunding" International Technology Finance Forum on October 26 was hosted by the World Crowdfunding Conference Organizing Committee and the UK-China Economic and Trade Exchange Promotion Association.
受邀嘉宾伦敦大学金融法专家理查德-亚历山大博士首先做了主旨演讲，他表示，所有公司都想通过众筹的方式迅速有效地筹集到资金，但必须要遵循证券法的要求。亚历山大认为，要想发展众筹，必须建立投资人分级制度。在英国有着严格的投资人等级，第一级是职业投资人，比如投行的工作人员；第二级是成熟投资人，他们操作过多笔投资项目；第三级是有限制投资人，他们了解金融，但缺少成功的投资经验。不同的等级，有着不同的投资权利。通过分级，可以有效保证投资人的资金安全，也能帮助企业防控风险。
Dr. Richard Alexander from the University of London opened with a keynote speech, emphasizing that while all companies wish to quickly and efficiently raise funds through crowdfunding, they must adhere to securities law requirements. Alexander suggested that a graded system for investors is essential for the development of crowdfunding. In the UK, there are strict investor levels: professional investors such as investment bankers; sophisticated investors who have engaged in several investment projects; and restricted investors who understand finance but lack successful investment experience. Different levels possess different investment rights, which helps ensure investor safety and helps businesses manage risks.
剑桥网络CEO、剑桥咨询前董事克莱尔-拉斯金，以REALVNC等高科技公司的起步为例，说明了众筹对于中小企业的重要作用。演讲最后，拉斯金提出众筹今后发展方向，她认为众筹今后可在医疗、社保、房地产等新领域开拓发展。
Mrs. Claire Ruskin, CEO of Cambridge Network and former director of Cambridge Consultants, highlighted the role of crowdfunding in the start-up phase of high-tech companies like REALVNC, emphasizing its importance for small and medium-sized enterprises. In her closing remarks, Ruskin outlined potential future developments for crowdfunding, suggesting expansion into new areas such as healthcare, social security, and real estate.
路演环节中，来自中英两国的3D打印机、智能雷电防护系统、鲜食玉米剥皮机、沙米、智能支付等5个众筹项目进行了路演。
During the pitch session, crowdfunding projects from China and the UK, including 3D printers, intelligent lightning protection systems, fresh corn huskers, Sami, and smart payment systems, were showcased.
大会以“世界为你我众筹——众联、众创、众包、众享，大众创业、万众创新”为主题，将贵阳打造世界众筹之都，建设“大众创业万众创新”的支撑平台，2015世界众筹大会圆满落幕。
The theme of the conference was "The world crowdsources for you and me — Crowd Alliance, Crowd Creation, Crowdsourcing, Crowd Sharing, Public Entrepreneurship, Mass Innovation." The event aimed to establish Guiyang as the global capital of crowdfunding and to build a support platform for "Public Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation." The 2015 World Crowdfunding Conference concluded successfully.
